Hard Enamel Lapel Pins are derived from an ancient art from China, developed over 6000 years ago.  These pins are die-struck from a copper and bronze surface.  A die is created to imprint your design into the metal to give added dimension and creates the look of a quality piece of jewelry to your lapel pins. The outline of the pin and any cut-outs are then cut with another mold. Colors are hand-filled with a powdered glass-like mixture. 

During manufacturing, colors are kiln-fired at a very high temperature. This process ensures that there will be no bleeding of colors.  It also guarantees your lapel pins will last and keep their brilliant hue.

Hard enamel pins are individually hand polished and plated in your design-specific plating color. Typical plating colors are gold and silver but several others are available.  Each lapel pin is inspected and only lapel pins of the highest quality are individually packaged.
