Printed Lapel Pins offer the perfect alternative when the enamel filled processes are not compatible with the design.  Because, they allows for designs that need exact replication or have small details such as TM or registered trademarks to be created without the typical metal wrap that is required in most lapel pins, they are ideal for designs that have fine detail, photos or color gradations.

The manufacturing process is started by stamping the basic pin to your design, shaping and plating it to your specific requirement. Then the image is placed on top of the pin. Each ink color is brushed softly through a silk mesh directly onto the metal background. Epoxy dome is an available application to protect the image underneath.
